Harry Fletcher-Wood

Harry has fifteen years experience in improving frontline public services through research, training, and writing.  He spent seven years as a teacher, then worked in research and training design roles at Teach First and Ambition Institute.  He is the author of five books, for teachers, school leaders, and prison officers.  He is also Director of Training at Steplab.  Harry has a history degree from the University of Durham, and a Master’s from the Institute of Education.
