Emma Chamberlain OBE

Emma is a practising barrister and Visiting Professor at Oxford and LSE Universities with a particular interest in practical measures that will result in more effective tax policies and greater property transparency.  She was a member of the Wealth Tax Commission producing a report on the pros and cons of wealth tax and other capital taxes in December 2020.  The short summary can be found here.
