Pamela Dow

Pamela Dow has over a decade of experience as a senior civil servant, most recently leading the transformation of civil service training by creating the Government Skills Campus and Leadership College. She previously served as Director of Strategy at the Ministry of Justice and played a key role in education reform at the Department for Education.

Her career began in lobbying and political communications after completing her degree at Oxford University, and she has also supported digital technology start-ups. Pamela serves on the boards of the Ditchley Foundation, Policy Exchange, and the Weidenfeld Hoffman Trust.
