COO Pamela Dow, a senior civil servant for over a decade, has most recently transformed civil service training by establishing the Government Skills Campus and Leadership College. She is a former Director of Strategy at the Ministry of Justice, was instrumental in education reform at the Department for Education, and has spent time supporting digital technology start-ups. Pamela began her career in lobbying and political communications, following her Oxford degree. She sits on the Boards of the Ditchley Foundation, Policy Exchange, and Weidenfeld Hoffman Trust.
