We’re looking for exceptional people – not a specific type of person: thinkers and doers who will bring demonstrable value to public life. We’re open to people from all professional backgrounds, with an affiliation to any political party or none. Don’t be deterred by thinking you’ll be different from other applicants or those currently in politics.

Our unique talent programmes have been designed to fit alongside a full-time job. And importantly, they are free.
