Applications close 10pm on Sunday 16 March.
There are three sections to the application process. We would encourage you to write and save your answers in a separate document and then paste them into the application form, to ensure you don’t lose them. Please fill out your contact details before answering the application questions and data gathering section. The application questions are:
1. Why have you applied to the Programme? (200 words)
2. What have you achieved that is unusual for your peer group? (300 words) – interpret ‘unusual’ however you wish
3. What experience do you have of politics, campaigning, government or influencing policy? What have you learned from this? (300 words)
4. What are the three most important policy challenges that aren’t receiving enough focus in Westminster? (300 words)
5. Who has been the most significant figure in British political life in the last thirty years? What do you take from their work? (300 words) – interpret ‘significant’ however you wish
6. What important truth do very few people agree with you on? (100 words)
You need only submit one application for the Fellowship or Public Leadership Programme. If we think you’re better suited to the other programme, we’ll consider your application for that too.
