Inaya Folarin Iman

Inaya Folarin Iman is a journalist and founder of The Equiano Project, a charity to promote freedom of speech and open dialogue on the subjects of race, identity and culture. She is a regular contributor to national newspapers and TV and radio programmes, with a focus on thorny moral, cultural and political questions.

She was the creator and host of The Discussion, a weekly culture and politics show on GB News. She has also helped found and deliver numerous freedom of speech initiatives including Index on Censorship’s Free Speech Is For Me, the Free Speech Union and the Free Speech Champions project. She is a Trustee for the National Portrait Gallery.
